DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
Kurt’s Enterprises agrees to rent the following items checked below to this client:

One check for $165.00 for the dumpster rental One check made out to Benton County Landfill When the dumpster is dropped off, you have ten (10) days to fill the dumpster. After the 10^th day, you will be charged and additional $3.00 per day. The checks must be picked up on the day the dumpster is picked up.
PROCEDURES FOR FILLING THE DUMPSTER:
Place shingles (if you have any) or the bulk of what you are disposing in the bottom of the dumpster Place metal on the top of the dumpster Batteries, tires and wood should be visible to be sorted No recyclables should be placed in the dumpster
DUMPSTER – TRAILER SIZES (mark the trailer being dropped off)

If you need to move the trailer, use a 2 5/16” ball. It is your responsibility to ensure the ball lock is on at all times to avoid having the trailer stolen. If something should happen while the trailer is in your possession, you will be responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.
