MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE: If this application is accepted by The Iron Shed, upon acceptance member will pay a one-time administrative fee of $15.00 plus tax. If membership is terminated and later renewed, the administrative fee will be reassessed. Automatic renewals are not subject to additional administrative fees.

ENTRANCE CARD FEE: If this application is accepted by The Iron Shed, upon acceptance member will be provided with a secure facility entrance card at a cost of $20.00 plus tax. Lost, stolen or damaged entrance cards will be replaced at an additional cost of $20.00 plus tax per card. If membership is terminated and then later renewed, no additional charge will be assessed for a secure facility entrance card, provided that member retains the previously issued entrance card.

MEMBERSHIP FEE: Membership fees are assessed and available as follows:

(1) One (1) year membership at a cost of $480.00 per year or $40.00 per month (plus tax) (2) Six (6) month membership at a cost of $270.00 for six (6) months or $45.00 per month (plus tax) (3) Three (3) month membership at a cost of $150.00 for three (3) months or $50.00 per month (plus tax)

All membership fees are subject to Iowa Sales Tax. Upon acceptance of this application, member may pay the membership fee in cash or by check in full for the membership term selected. In the alternative, member may pay the membership fee in monthly installments through Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) from member’s existing bank accounts. Monthly EFS payments must be made in advance. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: Membership contracts will be automatically renewed for the same period of time and under the same terms and conditions unless member gives The Iron Shed written notice of termination of the contract at least one (1) month prior to expiration of the current membership contract. Termination of contract forms are available at The Iron Shed. No administrative fee or entrance card fee is assessed for automatic membership renewals. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP: Regardless of the payment program selected below, member is responsible for the full amount of the administrative fee, entrance card fee, and membership fee during the term of the contract. Monthly installment payments must be made consecutively and no lapse in monthly installment payments is permitted. Payments for the entire membership term must be made regardless of whether member utilized The Iron Shed for the full term of the membership. INSUFFICIENT FUNDS: Returned checks and Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) which are returned to The Iron Shed will be assessed a $15.00 service charge for each such transaction.
